DAVID WONG NAN FAY: Founder & Chief
Executive Officer
David Wong Nan Fay is a business graduate (Honours) from the Dalhousie University, Canada. He has more than 22 years of track record and experience in the Information Technology and Logistic Industry.
David’s dedication to the Association for over a decade and his farsighted vision on the Industry led him to be honorary elected as PIKOM Chairman in August 2007. PIKOM is the National ICT Association of Malaysia representing more than 80% of the total revenue of the ICT industry in Malaysia. David is also the Co-founder and Chairman of Outsourcing Malaysia (OM), an initiation of PIKOM and a consortium representative of the outsourcing industry.
In 2000, he founded and embarked on his new start up, SnT Global Sdn Bhd, where he currently resides as the Group Chief Executive Officer. SnT Global Sdn Bhd is Asia’s Leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Provider with offices in Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and China. The company has since grown from 3 to 300 employees presently.
Under his guidance, SnT has won several major industry awards, and is widely regarded as a pioneer in the field of BPO in Asia. It was also recognized as a leading technology company in the Deloitte Technology Fast 500 Asia Pacific Program for 2004 and 2005. In 2007, SnT was recognised by Global Services Awards as one of the top 100 most innovative outsourcing companies in the world as well as top 10 to watch in Asia.
He is currently a council member of the National Information Technology Council (NITC) chaired by the Prime Minister of Malaysia. He also sits on various boards and committees in both private and government sectors.
TAI FOONG CHEONG: Chief Financial
Officer
Tai is responsible for the group's
financial planning and the operations of the group's accounts
division. He has more than 8 years of experience in the financial
sector. Prior to joining SnT, he was Finance Manager at BizTone.com,
managing the overall finance and accounting functions of the
company. Previously, he worked at Amanah Merchant Bank Bhd.,
Corporate Finance Division where he was involved in various
corporate exercises. He has also work with Coopers & Lybrand
in the Auditing and Taxation division. Tai graduated from
Lincoln University with Bachelor of Commerce and Management.
He is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered
Accountants of New Zealand and a member of the Malaysia Institute
of Accountants.
CHARLES TOO HENG THO: Director of Contact Center
A business graduate in Marketing, Charles
holds an MBA in Business Economics from Georgia State University,
Atlanta. He has 15 years of work experience in the IT industry
involved in sales, marketing and operations. His skills and
strenghs are in the areas of IT networking, telecommunication,
computer retailing, computer telephony, electronic message
displays and various software applications.
PATRICK CHIN: General Manager of GW Networks Sdn Bhd
Patrick Chin, has over 25 years of sales, marketing and business development experience working in Telecommunications services and Telco services sectors.
Patrick is responsible for overall business development of the GWN Sdn Bhd that manages services in excess of RM$8 million in local market. Patrick has held positions as General Manager of Sales and his last appointment was Manager of Telco before joining GWN Group in year 2006.
He has experience in sales and marketing of major Pabx’s where he shares proven strategies and learning with executives of all levels. His management style is highly practical, relevant and applicable to daily management of the sales and revenue processes of the company.
A highly motivated leader, he specializes in the Voice and IT Sector and strategies to enhance the sales, marketing and revenue management processes to increase market share, new product creations and value-innovations for product and services.
Patrick has a Diploma in Electronic & Electrical Engineering.
DAVID YONG: Senior Manager - Business Development
David is graduated from Chartered Institute of Marketing (C.I.M UK) holds a Advanced Diploma in Marketing. He has been at the forefront of logistics supply chain industry, with more than 10 years of sales & marketing experience covering the areas of Forwarding, Freight (Air & Sea), Warehousing, Transportation and Distribution. His experiences are very much into developing & managing business operations of the demanding and challenging logistics industry.
Prior to joining SnT Global, he was with Exel Logistics, a UK based multi-national 3rd party logistics company for 6 years where he was responsible for the overall sales and marketing of the company and involved in formulating competitive strategies as well as conducting market and industry analysis in order to identify and maximize business opportunities to meet overall profitability. He has also played the account management role in managing some key customers such as Motorola, Lucent Technologies, Sony, Hitachi, GE Engine, Malaysian Airlines and Carsem Group of Companies.
Currently in SnT Global he is the Senior Manager for Business Development overall in-charge of the company business development and is also responsible for both commercial & logistics operations of one of the company’s key customers.
Liew Kong Wee : Logistic Manager
With a decade of experience in the 3PL (3rd Party Logistics) industry in planning, leading, implementing and executing outsourcing businesses on the regional scale with MNC clientele, Liew has been playing an active role in ensuring the profitability and efficiency of warehouse operations in SNT.
Background from various WMS (Warehouse Management System), warehouse environments and business modules has enabled him to spearhead designing warehouse processes at the highest level at an effective cost for any warehouse clients to reduce their costs and maximize their profits.
However, his strong beliefs that human still as the most important asset in warehouse operations, despite having state of the art warehouse equipments and WMS enables him to lead a strong warehouse operations team at SNT.
The logistician is responsible for inventory management, sourcing and purchasing, transportation and warehouse management throughout any relevant supply chain conditions and maintaining and exceeds expected KPI (Key Performance Indicators) which are set by his clients.
Johnny Tan: Business Development Manager

Johnny Tan has more than 10 years of working experience in Training and education Industry where he hold a Diploma in Computer Studies (Informatics), a Diploma in Quantity Surveying (F.I.T) and a MBA degree majoring in Marketing from a UK University (Canterbury). Held various responsibilities at managerial level, with sound track records in marketing, pre-sales consultancies, product formulation, project management and business development. His Skills and strengths are in the areas of Business development, Sales and Marketing.
Prior to joining SnT Global, he worked with few major players in Training and education industrial such as Informatics College, Systematic College, Unity College, Raffles school of Psychology and Raffles School of infocomm and MIS Technology.
Johnny Tan Currently holds the position as the Business Development Manager in SnT Global responsible for the growth and performance of the “Training and Placement” division and fulfillment operation for Clients such as Reader’s Digest, Mircosoft, Digi and many more.
