• Market Driven Initiatives. The proposed ITO and BPO training programs are designed based on current and expected future market needs and ICT industry requirements. There are also hands-on project being incorporated into the programs that leverage on diverse talents and capacity to further enhance the soft skills of our K-Workers.

• Modular and flexible courseware. Courses can be conducted on full time and part time basis depending on the industry and students requirement. Example, frequency and time length of courses to be conducted can be tailor made.

• Bringing affordable K-Workers Training to a wider geographic reach through our “Distributed Training Model” that reaches K-Workers nationwide through strategic tie-ups with training facilities in colleges, universities and private institutions nationwide. This provides convenience and easy access to K-Workers who are attending the courses.

• Scale – the ability to churn out large numbers of qualified K-Workers through our resources and “Distributed Training Model”. Our existing training centers in the Klang Valley have capacity of seven air-conditioned classrooms and able to scale in a short timeframe with additional training facilities. We’ve also established our dedicated panel of training partners located in East and West Malaysia.
