Pacific 2004 on October 2004. Deloitte Technology Fast 500 recognizes

| The MSC
IAP Business Summit, which was held in Malaysia on 1 & 2
September 2004 at Putrajaya Convention Centre (PCC), is very
timely and significant given the fact that outsourcing services
has emerged as one of the fastest growing business in the world.
Mr. Wong, the CEO of SnT Global was invited as one of the Distinguished
Speaker to deliver his presentations titled “ Hands-On
Experience” in Track I: The Future of Shared Services and
Outsourcing in Asia. |

Technopreneurs Forum 2004 |
| The
CEO of SnT Global, Mr. David Wong participated the inaugural
MSC Technopreneurs Forum 2004 held on 4th September 2004 in
conjunction with the 8th International Advisory Panel (IAP)
Meeting. Mr. Wong was invited as the Facilitator in the Panel
Discussion session. We also proudly witnessed the launch of
the Malaysian Global Technopreneurs Network (MGTN) by the Honourable
Prime Minister of Malaysia, Dato' Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi,
on this auspicious day. |

Expo 2004 at MIECC |
| Every
year MDC will organize its very own innovation showcase at MSC
Expo at MIECC, Mines Resort City. The MSC Expo is held on 2nd-
9th September 2004, in conjunction with Malaysia ICT Week 2004,
the MSC IAP (Internal Advisory Panel) Meeting and the ACM 2004
Expo and Forum. SnT Global, among 6 other companies, participated
in the MSC Expo, which was allocated at the e-Business Flagship
booth, of 100sqm in size. |

| Wavexcom
is an ICT solutions and VOIP services company that has the exclusive
rights to provide ICT solutions and VOIP services to a very
fast growing international network marketing company, Nstream
International, which headquartered in KL. Wavexcom is a new
subsidiary of SnT Global Group of Companies that is providing
ICT products and VOIP services, R&D, product development
and commercialisation. The agreement was signed on 5th November
2004. |

| MSC Golf
Tournament 2004 |
| On 5th
December 2004, Mr. David Wong was announced Champion of the
3rd MSC Golf Tournament at the Palm Garden IOI Course, Putrajaya,
under the patronage of The Honorable Prime Minister, YAB Dato’
Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi. There were about 100 participants
joined the MSC Golf Tournament. The participants are from Government
Ministries, MDC’s Board of Directors, MDC, MSC-status companies
and other member of the ICT community. |

| GW Distribution
is the sole distributor of NEC Mobile Phones. Under the corporate
umbrella of SnT GLOBALWEB GROUP OF COMPANIES, GW Distribution
Sdn. Bhd. is responsible for the dealer's channel distribution
and management of the NEC Mobile Phones in the marketplace.
NEC Mobile Phones where officially launch on 6th December 2004
and is now available in most of the major shopping complexes. |

Moved to New Premise |
| Transware,
a subsidiary of SnT Group of Companies, had recently moved to
a new premise with a warehouse capacity of 70,000 sq ft equipped
with a high – tech docking system at every loading bay.
With the extended warehouse capacity, TW will be more efficient
in providing and maintaining the role as a 3PL to its customers.
The moving of Transware operations was effective on August 2004
from Glenmarie to Section 17, Shah Alam. |

| Gearing
up for more in Pikom |
| Mr.
David Wong, who is currently the Secretary of PIKOM, is also
the Organising Chairman of The Global Public Policy Conference
2005 (GPPC 2005). The conference that is themed Sharing Opportunities
in the Network Economy is jointly organised by PIKOM, Multimedia
Development Corporation (MDC) and Asian Strategy and Leadership
Institute (ASLI) to take place at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel
in Kuala Lumpur on 14 and 15 September 2005. The event provides
the opportunity for leaders and key players in the public and
private sectors to meet and deliberate on public policy issues
that affect the world in the decision-making process of global
policies.
David, being the Chairperson
of Shared Services Special Interest Group has front PIKOM
as part of the active organisation in promoting Malaysia as
the regional hub for off-shoring business and shared services.
PIKOM has signed a tri-partite MOU with MDC (Multimedia Development
Corporation) and MDV (Malaysia Debt Ventures Berhad) in doing
so. In a separate occasion, PIKOM together with Multimedia
Development Corporation (MDC) had recently organised the Shared
Services International Marketing Dinner on 25th Jan 2005 for
the same reason. The meeting-cum-dinner was held in the presence
of YB Datuk Amar Leo Moggie, Minister of Energy, Communications
and Multimedia.
