APPRECIATION DINNER |
| The event was organised
on 14th July 2005, with the aimed to appreciate the continuous
support from the Customers and Partners of SnT Group of Companies.
In collaboration Transware Sdn Bhd and SNT Globalweb Sdn Bhd,
the event was successfully held at The Colonial Times, at the
Curve, Mutiara Damansara.

| GLOBAL
PUBLIC POLICY CONFERENCE (GPPC) 2005 |
| The Global
Public Policy Conference (GPPC) 2005 which was officiated by
Deputy Prime Minister of Malaysia YAB Dato' Sri Mohd Najib Tun
Abdul Razak, took place from 13 to 15 September. According to
the Organising Chairman of GPPC 2005, David Wong, this is a
notable achievement as Malaysia had put up an excellent show
and is in the forefront of the information and communication
technology industry.

| Jointly organised
by PIKOM, Multimedia Development Corporation (MDC) and Asian
Strategy and Leadership Institute (ASLI), GPPC 2005 aims to
serve as platform to examine policy issues surrounding the digital
revolution affecting the ICT sectors as well as ICT users. In
support to the GPPC 2005 event, SnT Global was also one of the
invited sponsors. |

| In
August, SnT Group of Companies organized an exclusive training
program called “Essential Managerial Skills” for
our managers. The purpose of this training was to prepare
them for business challenges in the future and sustainable
growth. It revealed to the Managers the skills, competencies
and knowledge required to lead and manage their staff and
team effectively. They are now better equipped and prepared
to meet their competitors and challenges ahead. |

| In November, the Group
organized a personal change and supervisory program fondly known
as M.A.D. or Making A Difference. The program was crafted by
Zubedy (M) Sdn Bhd and conducted personally by their CEO, Anas
Zubedy, himself. It was designed to help participants understand
the process to discovering and learning how to tap their full
potential and perform at their best through motivation, commitment
and effective communication. Participants were guided to embrace
change, stay focus and achieve their Key Result Areas. |

NEW LEADERS OF SNT GLOBAL |

| SnT Global recently
bid farewell to our outgoing Chief Operating Officer, Soon Koi
Voon. Soon, who served 2 years under the wing of David Wong,
has left the Company to pursue his dreams. Replacing
him is Aaron Lim, who was promoted from Director of Professional
Services. Aaron, who has been with the Company for almost
2 years, is responsible for the functions of Business Development,
Technology, Professional Services and Operations of the company.

| SnT Global also welcomes Jason Lau as our new Director of
Business Development. Jason joined SnT Global as a Regional
Sales Director and later held the post of Country Manager
for the China market. As an expert in Business Development
for the IT Industry, he is now responsible for the overall
management and daily operations of the business development
for the company.
Our best wishes to these two leaders. We’re confident
that they will take the Company to the next level of performance. |

| ‘BUKA PUASA’ Celebration
|
The Group
of Companies has always tried to maintain a healthy relationship
with its employees through various mode of gatherings. One
of it was through a 'Buka Puasa' celebration in October at
Bumbu Bali. The event was attended by Management and its Muslim
employees. This year, employees were treated to breaking fast…the
Balinese style. |

| SnT Global recently organized a bowling
meet amongst its employees. The purpose of this meet was to
bring our people together, foster a team spirit and to have
some good old fashion fun. Little did we realize, we had some
talent on our hands? David Yong, our Business Development Manager,
and Anna Lee, our Finance @ Admin Executive, were amongst the
top scorers. |

| DELOITTE TECHNOLOGY FAST 500 ASIA
PACIFIC 2005 |

| SnT has once again become the winner
in the Deloitte Technology Fast 500 Asia Pacific 2005 Program,
which acknowledges and honours fast-growing technology companies
across Asia Pacific. The ranking of SnT will only be announced
during the award ceremony on December 2005, in Hong Kong.
The awards ceremony will be attended by winning companies
from Australia, China/Hong Kong, India, Japan, Korea, Malaysia,
New Zealand, Singapore and Taiwan. All 500 winning companies
will receive an award. |

| SnT'S Contact Center (Expansion) |
| |
| SnT has recently had a makeover
in its contact centre. It was built to project a vibrant looking
contact centre with the company’s corporate colours. It
would also provide potential customers with an opportunity to
visit the contact centre and to view its systems in place.
The expansion can now hold a capacity of 42 seats with room
for 60 seats. A new Call management system and phone system
has been obtained to enhance the reporting of projects to
its current clients.
With this expansion, SnT has managed to obtain new clients
like Readers Digest, Deloitte and Pulse. The company will
continue to aggressively source for new clientele and the
projection is to fill the entire space of 100 seats. |
