    eGLOMETS provides for very flexible manipulation of critical data. Display of information can be viewed in various forms such as Graphic, Pivot Table, Listing, etc., and can be divided into sub-categories (e.g. country, region). Viewing of data can be adapted to our client's requirements.

Delivery Time Cycle
KPI
Delivery Time Cycle (DTC) is the percentage measurement of manifested orders that have been delivered to the end customer within a specified time
Shipped-Not-Invoiced KPI Measure of performance of Shipped-Not-Invoiced (SNI) receipts. SNI is measured as a ratio of all shipments that have departed from final destination hub to end customer, over total shipments manifested for a particular range of dates and user specified parameters.
Customer Order
Fulfillment KPI
Customer Order Fulfillment (COF) is the percentage of the orders successfully fulfilled to customers by the Promised Delivery Date.
Sales Order Cycle
Time
Time required, for order revalidation, configuration check, credit check, inventory check and scheduling of received orders; from time of Sales Order Creation to Order Active [SO Confirmed (ready for fulfillment)] SO Confirmed is defined as:-
1) PO sent out from Axapta (back-to-back)
2) PI posted from Axapta (local inventory)
