- Event Management Control System (EMC)
The 'Operating System' of SnT's HeLP
platform is the Event Management and Control System (EMC).
The EMC is the core application of HeLP.
Conceived as a workflow coordinator to integrate eLogistics
activities to the fulfillment processes, Its primary role
is to capture and create events in the process
and be able to notify or broadcast messages through a variety
of channels including fax, mobile Short Messaging Service
(SMS), or email with regards to various event triggers. Event
triggers can take the form of shipment status flag, exceptions
and workflow progression triggers.

SnT's EMC
revolves around our key expertise in providing Application
and Data integration supporting a SnT's domain expertise in
Logistics and Supply Chain business processes. With the coupling
of leading edge technology and a deep understanding of business
process, the EMC is able to provide event exception definition
for control purposes. Hence, EMC will be able notify and escalate
unattended exceptions defined for detection and monitoring
across workflows and supply chain activities.
These exceptions are automatic triggers via email alerts.
It also supports and enable NHA (Non-human attendant) automation
of processes and activities of defined cause and effect.
