Different deliveries Different requirements

A retailer's distribution centre has booking slots, pallet specifications and goods-in requirements. Parcel deliveries require courier networks, tracking and proof of delivery. SNT manages both from the fulfilment operation: pallets move on SNT's own lorries, while individual parcels move through courier partners, with delivery information tracked through eTRAX.

  1. Retailer booking slots, pallet specifications and goods-in requirements are built into the delivery process, with pallets loaded and delivered on SNT's own lorries.

  2. Pallets and bulk consignments move on SNT's own lorries, while individual parcels are despatched through courier partners, from the same fulfilment operation.

  3. Every consignment is tracked through eTRAX, with the order, carrier, delivery status and electronic proof of delivery recorded against the shipment.

  4. SNT's own trucks run between its Malaysian and Singapore centres each working day, with customs entries filed as part of the cross-border movement.
