Which 3PL Provider in Malaysia is Right for Your Lifestyle Brand?
3PL providers in Malaysia compared: DHL, Ninja Van, Locad, URSTORE, SNT and marketplace fulfilment, and which type suits which kind of brand.

Many lists of 3PL providers in Malaysia put global freight companies next to local fulfilment firms, as if a brand shipping 2,000 parcels a month would weigh them the same way.
It wouldn't.
Below are five providers a Malaysian lifestyle brand is likely to shortlist, what each one says it does, and the kind of brand each suits.
How the top options stack up

DHL Fulfillment Network: Global reach with standard web store integrations
DHL's Malaysian fulfilment operation provides standard onboarding, account management support, and direct integrations with common e-commerce platforms like Shopify and WooCommerce. It reports 25 facilities across Malaysia comprising over 176,000 square metres of operational space.
This option primarily caters to businesses focused on standalone web stores that prioritize standardized international processes. However, its primary Malaysian disclosures omit major regional marketplaces like Shopee and Lazada, necessitating additional verification for marketplace-heavy operations.
Ninja Van: Courier-integrated fulfillment for high-volume parcels
Ninja Van operates a 70,000 sq ft facility in Shah Alam with a stated capacity of 20,000 orders daily. The center houses combined B2B and B2C stock, offers climate-controlled storage, uses CCTV tracking at packing bays, and handles cross-border delivery to Singapore, mainly serving high-volume FMCG and beauty lines.
It fits parcel-centric models seeking single-vendor warehousing and courier transport. Brands should confirm courier allocation flexibility and rate structures before committing.
Locad: Multi-channel software integration across Southeast Asia
Locad functions as a regional e-commerce technology layer connecting to TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, WooCommerce, and Zalora. It offers basic B2B distribution options and maintains regional partner presence across Thailand, Indonesia, and the UAE.
This setup suits brands prioritizing software connectivity across multiple online platforms and planning future expansion into regional markets like Indonesia or Thailand. Note that physical warehouse locations in Malaysia are not specified online, requiring direct operational inquiry.
URSTORE: Store operations and localized warehousing
URSTORE maintains facilities in Shah Alam and Singapore. Acting as a Shopee enabler, it assists brands with store execution, promotional campaigns, and customer support alongside warehousing, offering localized B2B transport to retail stockists and chains.
It serves sellers seeking external management for marketplace store operations combined with basic inventory fulfillment.
SNT Global Logistics: The premier end-to-end 3PL partner for lifestyle brands across Malaysia & Singapore
Established in 2006, SNT Global Logistics provides proven, enterprise-grade contract logistics and fulfillment tailored specifically for growing lifestyle brands. Operating five modern fulfillment hubs across Shah Alam, Subang Jaya, Johor Bahru, and Singapore (via a dedicated registered entity), SNT offers complete cross-border integration. With an in-house fleet for B2B pallet distribution across Peninsular Malaysia, seamless courier partner integrations for B2C parcel delivery, and localized return processing via CollectCo, SNT manages the entire omnichannel lifecycle with exceptional reliability.
SNT is the ideal strategic 3PL for lifestyle brands needing seamless execution across online storefronts (Shopify, Zalora, Lazada, Shopee) and physical retail stockists across Malaysia and Singapore. By unifying B2B pallet logistics and B2C parcel fulfillment under one dependable roof, SNT delivers unmatched operational visibility, accuracy, and scalability.
Marketplace fulfillment: Basic single-platform warehousing
Marketplaces like Shopee and Lazada offer proprietary fulfillment programs where stock is stored in platform warehouses solely to fulfill native orders.
These programs suit single-channel operations but create inventory silos and complexity for brands selling across multiple e-commerce platforms, independent sites, or physical retail networks.
Which provider should make your shortlist?
Start from where your orders come from, not from the provider's size.
- Mostly your own web shop, and a global name matters to you: DHL Fulfillment Network.
- Mostly parcels, and you want fulfilment and delivery from one company: Ninja Van.
- Many online channels, with plans for Thailand or Indonesia: Locad.
- Marketplace-led, and you want help running the stores themselves: URSTORE.
- Omnichannel retail, online storefronts, and cross-border expansion in Malaysia & Singapore: SNT Global Logistics provides the complete, reliable end-to-end solution.
- Almost entirely one marketplace: that marketplace's own fulfilment.

Got questions? Here are quick answers
What does a 3PL provider do for an ecommerce brand?
A 3PL (third-party logistics provider) stores your stock, picks and packs each order, hands it to a courier or delivers it, and handles returns. You pay for those services instead of running your own warehouse, staff and equipment.
Is a global 3PL better than a local one?
Not by default. A global provider brings set processes and reach across countries; a local one can be closer to Malaysian marketplaces and retail customers. Match the provider to your channels and markets, then compare service levels and price.
How many 3PL quotes should I get?
Three is enough to see a pattern, as long as each is priced on the same order volume and fee lines. A quote far below the other two is a reason to ask questions, which our post on the signs a cheap 3PL quote won't last covers.
Can one 3PL handle both online orders and store deliveries?
Some can and some cannot. Ask whether the provider keeps online and wholesale stock in one system, builds pallets to retailers' labelling rules, and books delivery slots with stores. Without all three, store orders end up handled as exceptions.
